Some moves were misread. What can I do?
Tap any move in the list to correct it on the board or with the keyboard. The app learns from your corrections so future scans of the same player get more accurate.
How many free scans do I get?
Five scans per month. Pro is €12.99 per year for unlimited scans, cancel anytime.
Does ChessSnap work offline?
You can view and export saved games offline. New scans and cloud sync require an internet connection.
Where are my games stored?
Locally on your device, plus in the EU on Supabase if you are signed in. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Email us from the account to delete and we will remove everything within 30 days.
